To blog, that is. Should I tell my kids? Will they think I'm cool and savvy . . . or tell me to get a life? They think it's cute that I 'text' and 'skype' so maybe this won't be a shocker to them. Well, maybe it'll just be my little secret(the husband definitely won't know, and certainly won't know how to look for it if he finds out)! So, I have three of them and only one lives at home, and only for a couple of years more, thus the 'almostemptynester' part. And I think I'm supposed to look forward to that, but I don't because they're my greatest joy! Okay, I can play more tennis and practice more music, and not build my schedule around driving them to their activities (although I did thrive on that part until this youngest one started to drive).
Well, I'm still trying to navigate this blogging thing and so I may or may not publish this one in order to save face as I think I'm sounding totally ridiculous, but since you won't know me if you see me on the street I think I'll go ahead.
Did anybody catch the Paul Simon award show on PBS the other night? Never saw grown men (and a couple of women) having so much fun making music!
